A Finished Bathroom Isn't Done Until You Say It Is
Most contractors finish the installation, pack their tools, and head to the next job. That's not how Seattle Bath Remodels works. Before our team leaves your home, we conduct a detailed final walkthrough — with you, not just for you.
This step isn't a formality. It's where we make sure every corner, every seal, every fixture, and every surface matches what you envisioned when you first called us. Your bathroom is a space you'll use every single day. It needs to be right.
What We Check During the Final Walkthrough
Our post-installation review covers every element of the completed work:
- Tile and wall panel alignment — no gaps, no lippage, corners tight and level
- Caulk and grout lines — smooth, uniform, and sealed throughout
- Fixtures and hardware — faucets, showerheads, and handles tested for proper function and finish
- Drain and plumbing connections — tested for flow, no leaks at any joint
- Glass doors and enclosures — level, smoothly operating, properly sealed
- Safety features — grab bars torque-tested, threshold height verified for accessibility if applicable
- Final clean — we leave the bathroom spotless, ready to use

You Walk the Room With Us
The walkthrough isn't something we do while you wait in the living room. We walk the bathroom together. You point. You ask. You look closely at the details that matter to you. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, we address it before we leave.
This is part of our commitment to quality — and it's reflected in our 4.8-star Google rating. Homeowners don't leave reviews like that because a contractor rushed out the door.
Post-Installation Support
After the walkthrough, you receive care instructions for your new surfaces and fixtures. We explain the maintenance routine so your bathroom stays beautiful for years. And because our work is backed by a lifetime warranty, any issue that does emerge after installation is covered — no debate, no runaround.
See the Difference for Yourself
If you've had a contractor leave a project that wasn't quite right — and felt like chasing them down to fix it — we understand. That's exactly what we built our process to prevent.
